Shipping policy

UK orders = We aim to dispatch all orders with the standard free service the same working day or next day, which is Royal mail 48 service (2-3 days delivery time). 

The upgraded Royal mail 24 tracked service is a (1–2-day delivery time) which is fully tracked. On most orders placed before 2:00pm they will be dispatched the same working day and should get to you the next working day. Orders placed after 2:00pm will be dispatched the next working day. Please note we can’t guarantee these times scales this is just a guild.

International orders will be sent out by a standard tracked DDU service (duty delivery unpaid). We also aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. It is the customers full responsibility to pay any VAT or duty once it enters their country. We suggest international customers contact us before placing an order, as in some situation orders can be split to save the customer postage, import duty, and VAT.
