All items listed here are intended for sale exclusively through bricks-and-mortar retail stores or private store websites. Products purchased from this section must not be resold on any third-party e-commerce platforms, as this would conflict with our own sales channels. Failure to comply with this policy may result in refusal of future orders.
All prices shown include VAT. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel or amend any order.

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to amend or cancel any order if items become unavailable.
Please note that delivery costs may not be included and may need to be calculated and charged separately depending on the size of the order and delivery location.
Depending on the size of your order, additional time may be required for preparation and packing. Estimated lead times will be confirmed upon receipt of your order.
Orders cannot be cancelled once processing has begun without prior agreement.
Please also be aware that some units may require assembly. Products are supplied as parts only and are not provided fully built. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure products are assembled, used, and sold in compliance with all applicable safety standards and regulations.
Payment is required in full prior to dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing. All goods remain the property of the company until payment has been received in full.
We are able to ship anywhere within the United Kingdom, and a VAT invoice will be supplied with all orders.
Risk in the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery. We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage once goods have been dispatched, including those caused by third-party couriers.
Any damages, shortages, or discrepancies must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We are unable to accept returns unless agreed in advance.
We shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use or resale of our products.
All product designs, images, and branding remain the intellectual property of the company and must not be reproduced or used without prior permission.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue supply to any customer at our discretion.
We shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to fulfil obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to courier delays, supply chain disruptions, or events of force majeure.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
